    They deserve a zero star, wish there was something like that. I will advise you look elsewhere as what they advertise isn't what they sell. They will also over-sell during the talking stage process and assure you 70% - 100% that car is in good condition and that they will fit the bill otherwise. Best know that the car I got was in a very bad state my mechanic advised to return it ASAP as there was a lot of fault on it. Returned it and they have refused to REFUND my money. Please don't trust your hard earn money into their hands. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.

    Really bad exeprience after I bought my passat b7

    I have bought my VW Passat B7 from there. I asked them for delivery from London to Wiltshire, but I didn't expect somebody will drive that car from there, so when car arrived after 2,5 hours drive, was impossible to chcek if car is okay things like oil water ... First driver was bit rude as he couldn't find where I live and next he asked me as he was rushing on train to Chippenham, so I took him there. On the way I have told him I hear something from right wheel he said he can't hear anything, and trying explain this with things as you have just something in the door so I told him I will go to service next day. I have message company they are so bad with replying they told you they will give you call back, but they never do. First I have send the pictures of crack spring on front wheel and really bad back shocks they told me they will send me a new but them mechanick will call me next day. Nobody called me back never ...and they didn't replay on messages.... I have decided to fix this in service and send them bill as they didnt replay i have sent them messge ( as nobody replaying me and i cant drive at the moment car in this stage i will go to mechanick tomorrow and i will send you bill. THEY SAW MESSEGE) so we have found many more problems as bad alternator, back shocks, frot wheel complete all cost with labour is 1140£. I bought this car when I paid this 1 week ago. I have called they and they said if I can send them bill. I have sent them bill .... no amswer. I have called them they will no pay anything. Thank you the worst customer service and deler shop. I'm happy to provide screenshot from comunication....

    Be careful with p/x

    Purchase of vehicle was fine, but trade experience was unethical. Dealer took a lot off of saying that he would have to make a bunch of repairs (it’s the Cayenne currently listed - WBT last three of registration) but then I see the car posted for sell just a couple of days later with the same damage that supposedly needed to be repaired clearly on the pictures. Dealer also took money off saying I didn’t have full service history but then on their ad says “full history”. Well which one is it? If you see a car you want to buy from them, great, but don’t do a p/x - you will get taken for a ride.

    If I could give 0 stars I would have. I went to view a car and was going through a deal to find out the car still had outstanding finance on it. The dealer wasn't honest about this and disnt communicate well when trying to sort out taking the finance off. Be very careful to chaleck proof the cars have no finance on them before purchasing!

    Bought my first car, as a new driver i was quite anxious. But the team was extremely helpful, let me test drive the car and helped me sort out my insurance quote as well, gave me some tips which helped lower my insurance from £1900 to £1500 as a new driver.

    Regret & Unprofessional

    If I could give them a zero star, I definitely will. When I bought the Car (Toyota Auris), I was told everything was great/fine and no refund. When Car was delivered to me I was told gearbox was faulty, and I can still drive it for abit (can you imagine that). Took the car to my mechanic for further checks and there was lots more fault in the car (called and informed the dealers). Went back 3 days after to return and get my refund, I was told that seller had travel for 2weeks and he is the only one that can deal with my refund (how convenient). Still awaiting Seller to contact me and refund my money. I will definitely come back with an update once things have been resolved, if not I will escalate further. Always do further checks with any 2nd hand car you buy, if not you will deal with alot of repairs (unnecessary cost) along the way due to not checking.
